The equaliser is a high-rate desktop charger for use with lead-acid or VRLA cells. The intelligent 3-stage operation ensures low charging current while battery voltage is low, followed by a maximum-rated current 'bulk-charge' cycle, followed by a maintaining 'float' regime when the charge is complete. Front facia LEDs indicate the charge cycle and power supply status.

The equaliser features a universal power supply that allows operation without adjustment over 95 - 277 VAC.
